Your site is launched, the doors are open, the pages shine and the news is current. But it's not enough.
The folks at Site-Shack know full well that to build a website does not ensure the arrival of the masses. That's why we stir certain essential ingredients into every website recipe we cook up, making sure that the final product is brimming with powerful description and keyword meta–tags, richly piquant page titles, abundant text mixed with richly stated hyperlinks — and last but not least, a whole slew of other obvious and not–so–obvious elements from Site-Shack's official Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tip sheet.
So what's left to do?
An excellent question. For some clients, it may be sufficient to allow Site-Shack's Organic SEO techniques work their magic and slowly — it can take weeks or months and some repeated fine-tuning to ascend the search engine page ranks. But for those clients who want something more immediate or wish to leverage their SEO with a more aggressive approach, we might recommend a PPC program such as PPC leaders Google AdWords or Yahoo's Overture or additional integration of Organic SEO techniques and Viral Marketing techniques.
And then there's Nashville's own EMMA® — a Web-based service that “. . . includes everything you need to manage your email marketing and communications from start to finish.” And Site-Shack's partnership with EMMA® means that EMMA® email marketing and correspondence will be uinquely customized to complement your website and your brand. Site-Shack will not only create and mail your correspondence, but we'll manage your mailing lists and response tracking to make sure that you get the results you need, when you need them.

SEO vs PPC
There are two basic methods of search engine marketing; Organic Search Engine Optimization (OSEO)
which refers to the manual type of page optimization and Pay–per–Click marketing (PPC) which
refers to search engine placement with the cost based on bids for key words relevant to your product. Which approach is best has become a matter of debate.
SEO is less expensive with a strong ROI over, potentially, years while PPC, if you're willing to pay, will muscle your site immediately into Google and Yahoo's prime search space.
Not surprising, there is a wealth of online information about both.
